I don't think so because I don't remember them saying anything about sending Arnold to collage but they did send him to elementary school if that is what you mean and for Eb's parents I don't know.

I don't think that Eb went to community college. He wanted to go to study veterinary medicine, but didn't get in because he never graduated from high school.
However, he did complete the correspondence school barber college.
