First of all....Great website. I watched GG's reunion few months ago on lifetime. I wasn't too impressed with it, but my main question is...why didn't anyone mentioned anything about Estelle Getty? I don't remember any of the former girls mentioning anything. I know she has Parkinson's, and I figured that they would do some kind of tribute to Sophia. But nothing happend. Does anyone have a clue? Let me know. Thanks.

In the opening, Betty (I believe it was), said that Estelle had retired from show business, which is why she didn't participate in the reunion. There were old clips of her in interviews, and Bea gave a short tribute at the end.

Estelle does not have Parkinson's, but a rare neurological disease (rumored to be the same as what Dudley Moore had). Her condition has somewhat improved, according to reports, but she will probably never be seen in front of the camera again.
