I don't know if anyone has seen I:Spy but Bill Cosby won 3 emmy awards as best lead actor in a dramatic series for that show. The fact that he won so many awards is what later caused him to take his name out of the running for Cosby Show in the 80s, where I believe he would have probably won at least once and gotten nominated at least 3x. What I find weird is that Cosby is the first to admit that he hadn't had any real acting experience to speak of when he did I:Spy. Furthermore when I think of Bill Cosby I think of him doing his stand-up type humor either on stage or in a sitcom like context. I have never seen him in anything that would jump out at me as being great drama. I saw a couple I:Spy episodes but they were a while ago.
