That wasn;t the answer i was looking for. I just thought someone may have heard something or read why they were returning

They're doing it to provide conflict, because they know bringing back people who were fired is going to start arguments between the people who were fired and the people who are still there. If you remember last year, when Kwame and Bill were the final two, they brought back Omarosa and a few others to shake things up. That's most likely the same thing they're doing here: conflict.
