Do you know that both "Grady" and "Sanford Arms" had instrumental opening theme song in the opening credits just like Sanford and Son. It was a jazzy tune just like it was on Sanford and Son. No words just jazz from start to finish.

Were those theme songs as good as the one to Sanford and Son? I always liked the Quincy Jones tune . . .

I liked the Grady theme very much. In my opinion it was better than S&S. The Sanford Arms theme song was DRY!!!!!
