This was one of the worst because it was 30 minutes of Edith and Gloria and that almost put me to sleep-lol All i know is that the episode is from the 1974-75 season.

View Full Version : What was the name of the episode without Archie and Mike? Nazaholic 11-05-2004, 01:29 AM I remeber seeing it years ago , don`t really remeber too much about it though. Short term memory ain`t what it used to be. jamesanthony 11-10-2004, 11:43 PM An Archie-less episode is bad enough but one without either he or Mike seems unwatchable to me, unless they had large roles for the Jeffersons and Irene that must have been a really bad episode. On a somewhat unrelated note, why were there episodes without Carroll O'Connor anyway? I know he missed a few when he wanted more $$$ but I remember one when Gloria was late delivering her baby and one in year 7 or 8 where Gloria and Mike are having an argument of some sort. These episodes really miss the boat. If O'Connor was getting paid, why wasn't he on the show?
