Last night's episode only reaffirmed my belief that Scrubs is one of the finest television shows currently on the air. You get through most of the episode wondering why this woman is acting the way she is and wanting Perry to go off on her and then he does... and then you and Perry find out why things are the way they are at the same time.

Plus, the JD storyline was hilarious. When the janitor tossed him out of the van and JD was all confused, that response was classic! "It's been four years! Haven't you figured out this is how things are with us?" or something like that.

Such a great show.

i agree that was one of the best eps. ive seen in a very long time i think bill lawerence taking a more hands on role in the show this year has helped the show return to its roots the last couple of seasons were too sapstick with very little empahses paid to that weeks story now it seems to be back to 50 percent story 50 percent gags and slapstick wich i think is what it was like in seasons 1 and 2.

I also agree, this is one of the best ones this season, and Zach Braff did an excellent job directing it. my only complaint was that the whole Molly Shannon story seemed to be a little bit rushed, I would have liked to see more than that. This is just one of those episodes (This one and "My Cake") that should have been Supersized.

I think that 'my cake' was 'supersized' enough as i found it to be quite a toching and well written rememberance to John Ritter. Altho we'll neva kno. maybe if they did 'supersize' it, it would have been better.
