Saw this episode yesterday and was dying! This has got to be one of my favorite episodes. Poor Edith, when she does something by accident, it is always funny!

Yeah that was one of their funniest episodes."Don't you read NO MORE MAGAZINES". Incidently Rue McClunahan was in that episode too.

Louise's last line was funny. "I don't wanna learn anything either!" and makes her fast exit.

I dunno.....I thought this was pretty stupid....... Probably one of the few duller ones of the series!!

The episode was hit or miss, but when it worked it had me rolling as well. Amazing how much Rue changed between the 70s and 80s.

I think it's a classic episode. Easily in my top 20 AITF eps.

This was a great episode. Edith is a hoot, so naive in this area she has no idea what they REALLY want to do. Wheezy of course, sharp as a tack, spots their kinky intentions right away. Vincent Gardenia guests as the male swinger(before coming on board as regular supporting character Frank Lorenzo. And Rue, LOL, gets some pre-decade training for her role as Blanche in the Golden Girls.

A nice ep but virtually all were. My fav ep though, is Maude coming to the Bunker household to take care of everyone when they are sick.

I think it was a really funny ep.:D It's been a while that I had seen it. I remember when Archie caught on that they were swingers, after the Husband showed Archie dirty pictures, didn't he say something like " You's are dirty people" ! Something like that, I remember Archie's facial expression ! It was really funny!

By no means one of the show's 'deeper' episodes nor a blatantly political one. However; every reaction here was gold- from Gloria's trying to coyly explain what the other couple had in mind but not able to make a dent in Edith's naivete to Louise's successful explanation and, finally, to Edith's unsure but then irreparably shocked reaction (and Archie's shock upon seeing the other wife's pic). I wonder how many folks watching at the time disagreed with the idea of ordinary couples avoiding swingers like the plague - apart from swinger themselves?
