hi i posted this topic last year but i hope all of you who were here when i posted before will forgive me but for some reason i thought all of you might like to talk about the ep with tootie and jermaine jackson what i was wondering is if you all think mrs. garrett did the right thing by taking her to the concert ?. esp. after her little tantrum i don care what mrs. garrett told the other girls to me it was a tantrum plain and simple .

:D You know what. I thought I was the only who used to think about that episode. I always wondered why she was crying her eyes to see Jermaine. To me, that was plain stupid. I used to have a huge crush on Tootie growing up. Until after that episode. One of the worst she ever did.
I agree that Tootie went too far in her devotion to Jermaine
Jackson. I also did not like her a lot because she was over-
emotional in general and she judged people a lot of times when
she did not really have the right to.

Yeah that was childish but hey she was the youngest but she should've acted more mature I think.

I still don't see how anyone ever sees Tootie's reaction as a "tantrum". It's not; it's hysteria. Mrs. Garrett even acknowledges it. Even as a child I knew it was much more serious than a mere tantrum.
