I forgot what the episode was about or what season but Mike & Gloria turned the radio on & it was the 70's song playing, it kind of sounded like a James Brown song.Anyway Archie came in & turned the song off & he was like... Yes, It was by Sly and The Family Stone and it's called "I Want to take you higher".

I'm downloading it as I type this. I love that song.

You know what? I have a rare CD with John Lennon playing hte guitar and the Tv is on in the background and the Sly and the Family Stone is singing "I Want to Take You Higher." Maybe that song was played often before the news back then. Right after the song played, the news came on and they talked about President Nixon.
