Now that that's settled, I want to tell you something really funny that happened earlier today.

Mom & I were on our way back from an errand & it wasn't raining, but it was nice and cool, so I had the window & the wing window opened in my mom's jeep. We drove under a freeway overpass and before I could do anything about it, I saw that the sprinkler that's supposed to be watering the trees by the freeway, was turned the wrong direction -- at the street -- and was heading towards our car (we were in the right lane and the sprinkler was one of those rotating ones). I couldn't roll up my window so we drove by it and it got me a little wet, but it got the windshield all wet. If I hadn't had that wing window opened & just had the regular one opened, I would've been drenched. :rotflmao: I think I was laughing for 2 whole minutes after that one.

You're Still Here (A Tribute To John Ritter)

I woke up on that day
Without knowing what to say
When Fox News said you were gone
How can I go on?

I tried to hold back the tears inside
God knows right then I coulda cried
But I held back those tears
Knowin' you made me smile through the years

And even though you're really gone...

You're still here
Forever in my heart
Forever in my head, yeah

You're still here
Forever in my soul
No matter where I go
You'll always be right there
And you're still here

I watched a bio 'bout you on TV
It was a tribute show on ABC
And I couldn't hold back those tears anymore
No, I cried 'til my eyes were sore

And I cried for a while
I couldn't even crack a smile
When they showed the clips of Three's Company
Oh, it was so hard for me

But it makes me feel better
When I know that in my mind...

You're still here
Forever in my heart
Forever in my head, yeah

You're still here
Forever in my soul
No matter where I go
You'll always be right there
And you're still here

You'll always be a part of me
Forever in the heart of me
And no matter what I do
I'll always think of you

You had such a sweet smile
And that contagious laugh
That brightened up our day for a while

And even if our day was bad
You knew how to make us glad
That we knew how to laugh

And...

You're still here
Forever in my heart
Forever in my head, yeah

You're still here
Forever in my soul
No matter where I go
You'll always be right there

And you're still here
Forever in my heart
Forever in my head, yeah

And you're still here
Forever in my soul
No matter where I go
You'll always be right there
And you're still here

And you're still here
And you're still here

Interesting, the SPC Day 3 Outlook places me under a "Slight Risk" for severe storms Saturday. The linear nature of the storms will likely make damaging straight line winds the main threat. Not often is there severe storms this late in the season up here, it's usually much too cool for anything to get going.

That's not the correct link, BF. You need to go back to whatever page that was and copy it again. It looks like you posted it on SO and copied the auto-shortened text of it that shows when the URL is converted to an actual link.

Cheese puffs are my favorite junk food. Speaking of cheese puffs, I GOTTA tell you what my dad said on Sunday.

I was in the kitchen pouring some Captain Crunch in my cereal bowl, when my dad walked in. He asked me what I was pouring and I told him. He grabbed a couple pieces of the cereal out of my bowl and ate them. This is what he said to me: "These taste terrible! They taste like sugared Cheese Puffs!" I started laughing saying, "No, that's Captain Crunch, but it does kinda fit, seeing as I like cheese puffs so much!" I still don't taste any "Cheese" flavor in them, but I found that extremely funny!

I'm at my uncle's house all day today. He's on vacation and he told me that I could use his computer while he's gone. In fact, most likely, I'll be on sometime tomorrow, as well. I have to wait for a package to arrive, so I'll be here! :D :bouncers

I'll probably be gone. My mom & I are probably gonna be out shopping. We usually are at that time, and especially since I'm gonna be here (at my uncle's house) most of the day, she'll probably shop later.

Which reminds me, I had a VERY interesting breakfast yesterday. My dad's tire needed replacing, so we went to Costco yesterday morning and while we were waiting the 2 hours for the car to be fixed, we were walking around in the store. We had left so early, I didn't eat before we left. They started making samples of different things, and I ended up eating some ravioli, some rice pudding, drinking some mocha coffee, eating a piece of cookie and other stuff. When I got home, I was still hungry for a bowl of Captain Crunch, but while I was waiting, it was enough to satisfy me.
