I've never seen any of the make over shows before ,but I'm interested in watching this. Is any one else going to watch it? It comes on Oct 25th.

I'll check it out. It's a two hour episode for tonight.

I thought the girl who was the burn victim looked really great after her make over. I cried.

I watched this for the first time last night and I was actually interested in it. The woman Lorraine who had to wear dentures after losing her teeth in her mid twenties looked good after her surgery and i didn't know they could remove the affects of sun damage from the skin.

I really like this show too. It changes lives. :) And it's funny cause when they see themselves in the mirror for the 1st time they always say "OMG" :lol:

Let's watch a bunch of shallow women go and make themselves more shallow by shooting themselves up with botox ans silicone!

I wouldn't call these women shallow at all. The episode I saw last week where the woman had to wear dentures was far from shallow. She had a husband and two children and because her mother never took her to the dentist as a child she had serious dental problems and lost her teeth. The other woman suffered sun damage to her skin serving in Desert Storm and she's still in the military serving this country. These woman are far from shallow and I'm happy they were able to recieve some help.

I thought The other girl Dorie was pretty,but Amy looked really nice and I think her dress was nicer.

Dorie did look much more natural then Amy. I also think that Dorie had a better attitude and looked great in her dress. She was actually rather cute before she had surgery,but she did a terrific job losing weight.

Tonight is the finale. I think it's going to come down to Amy the country singer Marsha or Delisa.

Last season, it was just what Caffeine King said. The women weren't anything inspirational at all, just women who could be pretty if their acne cleared up. Some were pretty, even. God. The worst is - "Now that you're beautiful by society's standards, let's put you in a beauty pageant and parade our work around, cos you would be tortured if it weren't for us!"

Oh, well I liked it and I thought the girl who won was pretty.:)
