The Subject was Noses. That was the one where beauty Marcia got hit in the face by a football. The Growing Up Brady book seems to say that Marcia called Charlie (the wimpy guy) (on the phone?) and made up with him. Actually, Marcia ran into Charle at the high school and reaaranged a date with him after admitting she previously had broken off their date to go out with Doug Simpson. I remember that ep verywell. I loved it as Marcia was the central character.

We can surmise that Marsha probably called him cause that's what teens do w/boys. The book is campy man! Chill!

That is its meant to be humorous. its not the Bible or anything like that.

I oughta know; I'm a televangelist!

Mr. Tilton, love your cousin Charlene, I am not sure exactly what point you are trying to make. I simply state that the GUB book wrongly describes how Marcia got in touch with Charlie in that ep when she rearranged a date with him.

The point is the book doesn't have to describe every detail to be a good reference. It might not have mentioned the school bit but I'm sure lots of teens call their boyfriends & stuff. Even the Bible has phrases that have to be interpreted. Revelation is full of them like "the dragon" that means Antichrist, Satan "666" of course is the number of man or mark of the beast.
I think the book's campy anyhow.

Okay. See every author isn't perfect but you know Barry Williams is an actor anyhow so the book was written in part from an actor's perspective. He was there for the whole Charlie experience! Are you trying to take seriously the bad book-writing of Gregory him that lived in the Brady House which had NO TOILET for 5 years? That's what I mean by campy. Any fellow that lived in a house w/NO TOILET for 5 years needs counseling, much less writing lessons so I don't give a hoot about his book writing skills anyhow.

Yeah, there's really no reason for all the mistakes. Barry should have gotten someone who's a fan of the show to proofread it.
