Hey guys. I thought it would be a fun way to get to know eachother by asking what everyones favorite movie of all time was, so if you'd like to share, go for it.

I'd have to say that mine would be The Breakfast Club.
I love that movie! Its awesome that despite the fact that it all takes place in only one room, its still a great movie!! They just don't make them like they used to!!

Network is one of the best films I have ever seen. I also like One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Up the Down Staircase, The Fortune Cookie, A Patch of Blue, Nothing But a Man, Experiment in Terror, Good Will Hunting and a few others.

Up the Down Staircase is a very good film IMO. The book it's based on is very very good. Blackboard Jungle is good too. These are the best schoolroom flicks in my opinion, just like White Shadow and Room 222 are the best schoolroom TV shows. I've never really seen To Sir With Love. I saw Teachers with Nick Nolte but it didn't impress me and Dangerous Minds with Michelle Pheiffer as the marine turned English teacher is one big cliche of a film. Something about the way Up the Down Staircase was produced makes that school situation seem more nightmarishly realistic.
