View Full Version : Halloween
G-Force Glockstar 10-16-2004, 04:47 PM So what are you going to be for Halloween?
I'm not really dressing up, I just have a long haired wig like a witch, black and white. And I'll put some black lipstick on and eyeshadow.
Superstar 10-16-2004, 04:49 PM I'm gonna be this really ugly guy called David:lol:
TheGreatPretender 10-16-2004, 04:52 PM hmmmmmm not sure maybe Carrie
MissZero 10-16-2004, 05:16 PM I'm gonna buy a sweatsuit and pin cereal boxes on it. Then, I'm going to carry around a bloody knife (fake ofcourse) and call myself a cereal killer.

 Nice avatar :D
For Halloween, I'm gonna be a baby, I'm gonna wear my pajamas, put fake freckles all over my face, and have a pacifier (sp?) in my mouth... my family said I don't need a costume :p
Brent88 10-16-2004, 05:26 PM Nothing. I quit trick-or-treating in 2000. :p
I'll put some scary stuff up though and have some candy for those who dare to come.
Hollow 10-16-2004, 05:30 PM i don't need to dress up. the way i normally dress is scary enough and everyone thinks im a goth because of it. however it could be a good excuse to wear my black lipstick, my dad hates it.
MandieR1980 10-16-2004, 05:47 PM bored I'm not doing anything :(
Raven-Symone 10-16-2004, 05:54 PM I'm not doing nothing for Halloween, just stay home.
PZelda 10-16-2004, 06:02 PM I'll probably just stay home and hand out candy to the kids that come because we have a bunch of 'em on my block.
Kay Scarpetta 10-16-2004, 07:02 PM I don't go trick-or-treating anymore. Some of my friends invited me to go hang out with them this Halloween, but I know what they'll be up to, and it's Halloween... cops will be out around here. I'm ain't getting my ass busted for something stupid.
So I'm gonna stay home with a mug of hot cocoa and my kitty, and probably rent some movies.
barwars 10-16-2004, 07:03 PM It's a f*cking Sunday.... Halloween is a waste this year.
They should make it a national thing, like with Memorial Day and Labor Day.... the last Friday in October is Halloween.

I suspect most of the trick-or-treating will be on Saturday. I remember it being on Sunday about 6 years ago and that's what happened.
The time changes at 2am that Sunday so you'd get an extra hour of daylight in the evening on Saturday.

Let's see... what WILL I be doing...
I might go to a party. It used to be kind of cool to hand out candy where I used to live because we'd get over 400 people. Yeah, we were a famous Halloween block. ;)
The Modfather 10-16-2004, 08:22 PM Im either going as Walker Texas Ranger.

Id go with the second option.
-*Forever*- 10-16-2004, 08:33 PM My friend invited me to a party. I don't think I'm going to go, maybe I will. Anyways, even if I don't go, I'm still gonna dress up for school, that's always fun.
I'm being one of Dracula's brides from Van Helsing. If any of you have seen it, I'm being Aleera, the redheaded one. I was debating between her and Verona (the black haired one) but I have red hair, so ... it makes more sense.

It bothers me when people say teens are too old to go trick or treating.

Me too. Thats like saying you get too old to get presents on Christmas.
I Love Halloween too much to give it up. I'll probably be trick or treating at 70.

I'm trying to decide between Roseanne Rosannadanna and Church Lady
Probably could pull off Church lady better..."well isn't that speciiial"

Halloween is a kids "holiday". I'd probably slam the door on some punk teen trying to grub candy off of me. Well I mean the trick or treating is the kids thing, you can still do the other crap when you're older.
Brian Damage 10-17-2004, 09:39 PM I don't trick or treat anymore, but my oldest daughter is going to be a witch and my youngest will be Dora.

Trick Or Treating is an ART To me.
Me and my friend Jacob like to do all kinds of crazy things like going door to door GIVING Out candy or singing Christmas Carols.
Janet McFarland 10-17-2004, 11:20 PM Ahh come on.. you're NEVER too old to get free candy ;)
Brian Damage 10-17-2004, 11:28 PM I have to say, I'd rather teens trick or treat. At least they are staying out of trouble. Halloween can bring out the worst in kids. They could start fires or vandalize other people's property. This way they are just keeping out of trouble. I'd rather my girls be trick or treating than doing the latter.
I'm not planning much. My dad on the other hand loves Halloween, he seems to love to scare children. He gets dressed up like a monster and sits really quietly holding the candy bowl so kids think the he's a dummy. Well when the kids get up to him he thrusts the bowl out and yells "Candy!?" This combined with the fog machine and creepy decorations get kids pretty scared. Last year one 8 yr old boy ran away screaming and didn't even get his candy.
Michael [hXc] 10-18-2004, 07:27 AM I can't have candy:mad:  my braces need to die..
I wanted to dress like a goth and get all these clothes from Hot Topic but my friend said "Michael, there are so many goth people around here so it won't be a good costume". He has one for me I didn't get to see yet:p
