There may be others but i don't think there are any other spinoffs that lasted about 4 years out on DVD. If there are other short-lived spinoffs on DVD let me know.

I wouldn't call 4 seasons short lived.

well, Mork was a top 5 hit the first season, so that does qualify as a success, even tho the show fell hard the second season and never recovered.

Ditto to the number of copies still on the shelf at the Best Buy where you do your dvd shopping.

I'm not saying it was unsuccessful because i don't like it, the show only did well after it's first season and after that it fell off. Even Robn Williams said he didn't know the show was cancelled unti he read it in some newspaper himself. He said it was like reading your own obituary-lol So how can we call this spinoff successful when the show had one good season?

this doesn't really have anything to do with this, but thatAWFUL "Planet Of The Apes" TV series from the 70s that was spun off from the string of "Apes" movies in the late 60s/early 70s, is on DVD and has been for 3 years or something.

I saw the Mork and Mindy DVD in the store today for $39.99 and that is way too much for that show. That's why there are so many of them on the shelf in every store i go into to buy a DVD.

Yup, Robin Williams is hysterical, he's one of my favorite actors.
