My favorite Brady cast member is Eve Plumb. Her portrayal of Jan Brady is awesome
in a lot of episodes. Eve was only 11 when she auditioned for the role of Jan. Eve is friends with Maureen McCormick (Marcia) and
Susan Olsen (Cindy). Eve also has a crush on Chris Knight,who portrayed Peter Brady.

Why do you like Eve Plumb? Does she make a good example for young girls today?

I like Eve Plumb because I can (I'm a teenager and at the same age Jan was when trying to fit in between being an older sister and a younger sister) identify with Jan on nearly everything. I only have an older sister, but my older sis is like Marcia in the way all the teachers like her and sometimes expect me to be just like her, even when I'm not. I also enjoy all of Eve's work, even the Brady spinoffs and even her guest starring role on "Facts of Life", my other favorite show (trust me: I've posted 294 posts on the other board!!). So I'd have to say she's a good role model!!

on True Hollywood behind the sceens or whatever the name was they were talking about obviously what went on behind the sceens. but my question is why didn't Maureen McCormick appear on the show? was it because she wanted to get away from her childhood image just like one of my fav. actress Nancy McKeon doesn't want to do the reunion movie for Facts Of Life, or is it for some other reason.hmmmm(maby it had something to do with revealing some secrets).

Me Too! I also think she was the best actor of all the Brady kids.

I thought Jan had groovier hair than Marcia.

Marcia was tool cool for school. I wish it had stayed on long enough to see Graig and Marcia go to college.
