Remember the ep when all the castaways but Gilligan fell into the trap door and Gilligan dreamed he was Mr. Hyde? Well, that was one of the last eps so I don't wonder why they didn't use the secret ground room to hide from head hunters sooner but in the reunion film Rescue from Gilligan's Island they should of hid in the trap door room when the storm-flood came. And what was with the lights down in the secret ground room?

That would been a good place to hide from the storm but,there's just one problem:After the storm is over,they couldn't get out.Remember if Gilligan didn't fell,the castaways still be in down there.The idea of the movie is they get rescue so,they had to find a way to get off the island not be trap even more:)

I disagree, Celine. The Professor, once he got out and got some of his tools, could easily have rigged the trap door entrance so it could open and close differently.
