Dee could not touch Fred. I would love to see Fred give Dee one "Cross the lips." She definitely deserved one.

I agree, that is why I would had loved to see those two together, because Dee could not out insult Fred, especially with his acid tongue...

The only problem was WH was on ABC and Sanford & Son was on NBC.

I definitely could be wrong, but I thought they did show the kitchen in at least one episode.

You know i forgot all about that. So yeah a crossover between S&S and WH would have been as tough as Maude knocking on Florida Evans door in Chicago-LOL

False, there was never a crossover between FP and FM. The guy who played Unce Phil appeared on the Family Matters set after the episode ended.

on top of it all, the two two houses were similar, Sanfords and the Thomases. Check it out. The door, stairwell, and kitchen are located in the same areas.

A Sanford What's Happening crossover would have been more possible than Maude and Good Times. I'll admit, Maude never had a personal relationship with Florida. So my would a middle-class white woman show up in the ghetto of Chicago? Sanford and What's Happening could have been possible. They were both as you mentioned located in Watts. Maybe Lamont was tired of Fred's cooking for a day and could have went to Rob's place? Maybe Raj and Rerun bought a used car and needed some parts at Sanford's junkyard. This could have been possible. The only thing I see that prevented it was the different networks they were on.

Correct, a crossover is impossible if both shows are not on the same network.

Colonel Klink for Hogan's Heroes appeared on Batman. A cross network crossover was not totally out of the question. Also, didn't What's Happening! become a first run syndicated show at some point?

Forget it.

They had nothing in common with each other.

Would have loved to have seen Fred call Rerun " You Big Dummy" a couple of times.
