tvparadise 10-11-2004, 03:33 PM They went by airdate order for the most part, with a few exceptions. Luckily, I wrote the order down to which they aired episodes in so I would always know when what was going to air. According to Viacom, Episode #1 is the first episode of Season 2 as the NBC season is not part of the package.
Unless they go by different numbers, these are the episodes based on information from the show's days on TNN/Spike TV:

I knew you'd know. Thanks for the hard work in typing it all out. I'll use your list. Nice to see at least 11 episodes altogether from seasons 3 and 4, my favorite years. I was hoping there would be more, but oh well.
TVJunkie101 10-11-2004, 06:29 PM I don't really mind Baywatch but the early seasons are probably my favorite. By season 5 or 6 it started a steady decline downhill. I'll probably watch some of it.

Your Welcome. Thank you for the episode numbers!
Actually, there are 12 episodes from seasons 3/4 (6 from each)
Season 3:
301: River of No Return Part I
302: River of No Return Part II
303: Tequila Bay
310: Lifeguards Can't Jump
312: A Matter of Life and Death
321: Kicks
Season 4:
405: Sky Rider
408: Submersion
411: The Child Inside
416: Mirror, Mirror
421: Guys and Dolls
422: Rescue Bay
There are 6 from Seasons 5/6 as well, 5 from Season 7, 7 from Season 8, 4 from Season 9, and the most from Season 2 with 8.
I wonder how TV Land picks which episodes to air, some of these make sense and some don't. I would have probably (since it is only 48 episodes) have just liked to seen episodes from Seasons 3 - 6.
This is the order to which I like the seasons of Baywatch from best to worst (not including the NBC and Hawaii seasons):
- Seasons 3/4
- Seasons 5/6
- Season 2/8
- Seasons 7/9
A 48 Hour Marathon for Baywatch is great, but so many great episodes are getting left out. A few things I would change...
Season 2:
I always enjoyed the Eddie/Shauni season, but was surprised to see it getting aired the most.
Now Sit Right Back and You'll Hear A Tale: Why it makes sense that TV Land is airing this episode since it is based around Gilligan's Island, IMO it may be the worst episode of Baywatch. I tried to watch it once and couldn't take it.
Two Season 2 episodes I think should have been in the marathon:
- War of Nerves: The Mason Sato character really cracks me up and they even went to make a reunion movie based around his character.
- The Chamber: Shows many flashback scenes to Season 1, which is great since it is not in the Viacom package.
Season 3:
They are airing the first 3 episodes, but then don't air "Rookie of the Year". I love episode 304- one of my favorite Alexandra Paul episodes and connects with the first 3 episodes to some degree.
I would have also loved to see Pier Pressure, Masquerade, Dead of Summer, Vacation, The Tower, and Shattered. I already have 310/312 recorded.
Season 4:
I have a lot of this season recorded, including 4/6 of the episodes in this marathon. The biggest complaint I have about this season in the marathon is that they are skipping the 2 part opener: "Race Against Time". They are pretty much showing all the openers except this one and the Season 9 one. Side Note: The Season 9 opener: "Crash" is very similar to the Season 4 opener, just not nearly as good.
Season 5:
4/6 of these I also have recorded (there are 18 episodes from this season I don't have recorded). The 4 that I have recorded are the 1st 4 of the season, which are great, but they were also the last episodes to air on Spike TV. I really wanted to see: Air Buchannon, Homecoming, Seize the Day, and Wet N Wild. In Season 6 they are airing "Home is Where The Heat Is", so they need to air "Wet N Wild" to show viewers why Matt and Neely hate each other so much.
Season 6:
Not too many complaints here, would have liked to seen more of it, it's been a long time since I've seen a lot of this season. I'm not a huge fan of the Joey Jennings episodes so I'd probably trade "Leap of Faith"/"Home is Where The Heat Is" in for something else, although I do like the other plots going on in those episodes. I don't really like "Baywatch Angels" that much, but like the Gilligan's Island episode in Season 2, it makes sense that TV Land would air this one being based around Charlie's Angels. I'm glad they are showing Surf's Up!
Season 7:
Probably my least favorite season (not including NBC/Hawaii years). They also chose some of the worst ones to air: "Search and Rescue" and "Nevermore". I really don't like "Chance of A Lifetime" too much, it's just too sad, but I think it should be on the marathon.
Season 8:
They need to air 802: "Next Generation", it completes the storyline to 801: "Rookie Summer".
Season 9:
They are not airing too much of this season. I probably like this season better than the seventh, but there is a reason why this was the last season of "Baywatch" (not counting Hawaii, because IMO "Baywatch Hawaii" was not BAYWATCH).

TV Land has created "theme blocks" for this marathon.
- Classic TV Guest Stars/Theme Saturday 9:00AM-1:00PM & Sunday 9:00AM-12:00PM
- "First" Episodes Saturday 6:00PM-3:00AM
- Classic Pamela Anderson Episodes Sunday 12:00PM-6:00PM
- "Last" Episodes Sunday 6:00PM-3:00AM
Pavan 10-13-2004, 09:39 PM BTW, b&tcfan here is a full episode list of the series with synopsis:
tvparadise 10-14-2004, 12:08 AM Thanks for the episode descriptions. Where did you get that list from?
I'm confused as to some of the theme blocks:
Classic TV Guest Stars:
- Lifeguards Can't Jump (Lou Rawls, if they are including him, they might as well include Sundays 8am airing of "Surf's Up" which The Beach Boys guest star in to this theme block)
- Sky Rider (???)
- Submersion (Don Most)
- Aftershock (???, unless they are counting Wendie Malick)
- Baywatch Angels (Gilligan's Island)
- Search and Rescue (Erik Estrada)
- Now Sit Right Back (Charlie's Angels)
First Episodes:
- Season 5 Opener (Yasmine Bleeth & Jaason Simmon's first)
- Season 6 Opener (David Chokachi & Gena Lee Nolin's first)
- Season 3 Opener (Pamela Anderson, Nicole Eggert, and David Charvet's first)
- Season 8 Opener (only the first part of it)
- Tequila Bay- Alexandra Paul & Kelly Slater's first episode
- The Choice- Michael Bergin & Angelica Bridge's first episode
*I guess now it makes sense why they are not airing the Season 4 opener. Season 4 was the only season that kept the same cast as the previous season (not including Kelly Slater's departure).
Pamela Anderson episodes:
She's really not in Baja Run that much (probably could have picked a better one)
She does not appear in The Runaways at all.
Last Episodes:
- Hijacked (Yasmine Bleeth's last episode)
- Bon Voyage/White Thunder at Glacier Bay (Gena Lee Nolin, Carmen Electra, and Donna D'Errico's final episode)
- Nevermore (Pamela Anderson's last episode)
- Guys and Dolls (???, I think this is really supposed to be the last episode of Season 4 and not Rescue Bay so I guess this is supposed to be Nicole Eggert's last episode)
- Home is Where The Heat Is (David Charvet's last episode...although the way Viacom airs it "Forbidden Paradise" comes later in Season 6 that this episode (which Charvet appears in), but it is really supposed to happen before Season 6.
- Chance of A Lifetime (Alexandra Paul's final episode)
- Castles in the Sand (last episode of regular Baywatch and the final episode for David Chokachi and Mitzi Kapture).
