When was John Kerry on Cheers? Who did he talk to?

I'm not sure when, but it was during a teaser outside of the bar in front of the steps.
I believe he talked to Norm and Cliff.

Who were the other politicians who appeared on Cheers? I just remember about one other, but I can't remember his name or the episode he was in...

Im not sure.... they couldn't air The Terminator in California when Arnold was running for Governor.

If I'm not mistaken, Michael Dukakis also appeared on Cheers.

TV Land is doing a special about "Politics in Primetime" on October 25th? I believe. They show this clip of John Kerry on Cheers in the commercial for this, so you may want to check that out and see what time it's on and catch that if you want to see that clip. I don't know how they're doing that special, but since they show the clip in the commercial I'd assume it would also be in the show somewhere?

I saw the Politics in Primetime thing that I was rambling about before ;) on TV Land last night. It said that a producer of Cheers saw John Kerry around the bar in Boston and asked him to tape a scene and he agreed.
