Has anyone heard anything about a tv movie or even motion picture about john ritters life story, this wonderful person was too important in our lives for the networks to ignore his life story, or maby the networks are fighting over who is going to do it. because johns story would bring alot of viewers and they know it would. Please let me know if anyone has heard anything.

I think they're still debating about it, but I've heard rumors that they want to do a movie. Wouldn't that be wonderful? I love John Ritter! He's my favorite actor!

Hey guys!
I am a HUGE John Ritter fan as well.(Hint: username LOL) I would love to see a movie based on his life! I hope they make one!!! I think the perfect person to play the part would be his son, Jason Ritter!!!

I haven't seen anything in the works, but there could be a few books about John in the works:
Is anyone writing a book about comic actor John Ritter, who died 13 months ago?
Pam Thielmeier, Shepherdsville, Ky.
Chris Mann, author of 1998's "Come and Knock on Our Door: A Hers and Hers and His Guide to Three's Company," has a bio of Ritter in the works. We're told actress Amy Yasbeck, Ritter's widow, may write one, too. In November, a third DVD set of Ritter's "Three's Company" will be out, with tributes from co-stars such as Joyce DeWitt, Jenilee Harrison, Richard Kline and Don Knotts -- but no Suzanne Somers, their reconciliation notwithstanding.

I would definitely be very Interested in seeing a bio-movie on John's life!
If John's widow Amy Yasbeck is considering writing a book, I was wondering if John's first wife Nancy Morgan might write her own book since afterall, she & John were married for 19 yrs. & she is the mother of his 3 oldest kids(Jason, Carly, & Tyler)? I heard Nancy will be interviewed for the 3rd season dvd! I'm sure she has lots of fond memories to share of visiting John on the set of Three's Company!:)

i don't think the idea of a tv movie(i can't see a major motion picture-you never see them any more about celebrities-unless there someone who died 50 years ago that none of us herd of) would be bad considering most tv movies about celebrities suck-i mean suck as in there not made good. the three's comp movie was ok- interesting -but overall not very good. i think with the advent of A&E-biography/E true hoolyw story docs- people are more interested in those because lets face it -bio's are interstesting and well put together, and you dont have to worry about miscasts playing a role. i would hate to see a great actor and person like john ritter get a movie about him and see a bunch of misfits playing roles- and storylines which would be silly...bottom line you get more out of the A&E bios than you would from some silly more thats not going to portray someone the way we remembered them.....go yanks----the curse of the bambino lives
