I didn't really like that episode. No Rerun or Raj. Does anyone know why they weren't in the episode?

I was just about to post a topic about that. They mentioned Raj, but Rerun wasn't mentioned. Anyway the episode wasn't that good without the two. I guess this was one of the few episodes where they wanted to showcase the Dwayne character.
