Since we're talking about songs mentioning TC Stars, who can('t) forget the July 1981 song "Suzanne Somers." Here's an excerpt:

"Suzanne Somers"
Written by Bob Hudsan
Performed by Freddy Cannon

Suzanne Somers, what's been doing?
What's been shakin'? What's been brewin'?
We sure miss your entertaining.
Since you've been on TV less,
we've been abstaining.

You're so shapely and voluptuous,
Soft and Creamy, Dreaming Stuff to Us.
We Remember When You First Came,
We all said if you were gas you'd be high octane.

Suzanne Somers, We Adore You.
You're Our Dream Girl, We Live For You.
Don't Go Am-scray, don't go South now,
All of Us Can Start a Campaigne word of mouth now.

Tell the Networks and the Papers,
We Can't Live W/O Your Capers,
You're Our Sweethart, luscious Honey,
And lets face it,
You're Not Talking That Much Money

It sounds kind of cool, but what does that exactly mean?! It may not be cool, it may be nasty but what does it mean. By the way, I totally love rap music, even though if you knew me, I probably wouldn't seem like Im into rap, but I love rap! rock is so wak,(except for gwen stefani and no doubt) and pop is okay but I LLLOOOOVVEE rap and I love Q-Tip, since I guess that's who did the song. But NE-waz what do those lyrics mean? Kinda curious...

Jack Tripper's name also is mentioned in "Focus" by Joe Budden. The lyric is "Nona seen me with at least two birds like Jack Tripper". That one doesn't make any sense though.

I think Mr. Furley is indirectly mentioned in the song, "Macho Man" by the Village People ;)

Everyday, well it's the same
That bong that's on the table starts to call My name
I take a hit and zone out again
I'll be paranoid and hungry by a quarter to ten
Watching reruns on my TV
I'm laughing off my ass at Three's Company
I don't know if I'm understood
But hearing Jimmy Buffett never sounded so good

I'm shocked noone has brought this up or it could be that I'm part of the few that's ever heard it. There was a song that came out in 1979 by Kyle Dale and it's called "Morning Bird Flapper". It's about one girl that resembles alot of actresses put together and Joyce DeWitt is mentioned in it. That one verse goes:

There by the lake, she looks for a place to sit......
Looking as sexy as that sexy Joyce DeWitt........

It's a cute song. At the end he re-sings the Joyce DeWitt part and then it fades off. Try to find a piece of the audio on the net(if it's there...I hadn't had any luck. I got to hear it from my uncle's huge oldies record collection).

OMG this is so scary! I was thinking about this today, during my algebra class! I was like hey if they have a Jack, Janet and Chrissy shirt and stuff now, then maybe someone will put them in a song or something!! (Mosty Jack)
