It appears that last week on "Eve" there was a crossover between "Eve" and "Girlfriends". Eventhough "Girlfriends" is set in California, and "Eve" is set in Miami.
Last week on "Eve", there was an apperance of a "Girlfriend" semi recurring character named Peaches. (played by Shawn Harrison, the guy who played Waldo on Family Matters)

Girlfriends has its moments. And it's produced by Kelsey Grammer.

That is the best out UPN sitcom for sure, but its not something I would ever make a point to watch.

Girlfriends has the best production values of any of those UPN sitcoms (They film some scenes outdoors for example). Also there is an attempt at a bit of a deeper level of characterization than the other shows like Eve etc which are very cartoonish. Still, I would hardly consider Girlfriends to be classic TV.
