I have heard rumors the Mary Tyler Moore Show may be tied up in a legal battle between Fox Entertainment and the producers of the extras-I guess the extras cost too much and Fox is not allowed to put out more Mary without them, so because of someone's need for greed, the fans of the Mary Tyler Moore Show have lost. My advice: go to Amazon and buy the best of Mary Tyler Moore Show on vhs. And cling to the first season and keep it for your grandkids to see someday. And what a story we will have to tell them!!! I for one will miss Mary. Chuckles has bitten the dust!! Goodbye and goodnight Mary. I wish there was something the fans of the show could do to make sure this legendary show will live on but how sad it's not even on tv anymore and each year that goes by means that we probably won't ever see the Mary Tyler Moore Show or Bob Newhart and any good shows on tv anymore. Tv stinks now!! I for one am giving up cable because if they can't show what people want to see-I can't believe people would be dumb enough to pay a cable bill each month for the crap that is on. But don't kid yourselves Mary fans, I think we lost and Fox Entertainment won bigtime!!
I wish Mary would return soon. I hate to see her die a slow painful death by way of dvd suicide! I just don't see the love for the show coming from Fox-it seems in their best interest to release more Mary-she's doing quite well in the Amazon ratings-she's right up there with Lucy and the Honeymooners. I for one would love to see Fox release all the shows in the MTM vault. I just don't want to get my hopes up-it's been over two years and that is a long time to wait. Well, all Mary fans-let's try keep our fingers crossed and hope that Lost in Space will send the Mary Tyler Moore Show into orbit. Keep the faith-cream always rises to the top and TMTMS was and always will be the cream of the crop.:)
