Tonight I watched the episode,"The Return of Barney Fife,"which was about Andy and Barney's high school reunion. I noticed one of their old friends was known as Flora, Goober's girlfriend in another episode, but in this episode she was introduced as someone else! Interesting,Huh!:confused:

That was Alberta Nelson. She plays Flora -- I think in 5 color episodes, and is also in that reunion show under another name. Did you know there is a Flora tribute artist at Mayberry Days and the other Mayberry events???

:idea: All this talk about Flora made me contact the admin and ask if I could change my user name to Flora Malherbe! I had kind of wanted to for three years but it took this thread to make me go ahead and ask if I could change the user name! I use Flora on the Yahoo Mayberry boards so it will make it more uniform if I use the same name here. What better time to make it official than my 100th post! :happyface
