Im feeling very stressed right about now.

Ok, this past summer I got a Capital One credit card. The 1st of every month is when my bill is due, and I have had a bill payment starting since September 1st. Well, I paid it on August 30th online through my bank account and it was fine. I just went now to pay for this month, and its saying that the $60.00 I paid last month was late or bounced or something.. either way it got returned and I got an even bigger balance this month because of it. But this is what I dont understand and is really upsetting me: 1. I paid it 2 days before it was due, and 2. It never bounced!! My checkbook register is up to date, and I went to Banknorth to get an account summary and never did I have any insufficient funds. I have no idea whats going on now since I did pay it on time and the money was good. Another thing that doesnt make sense to me is that never did I get a phone call or letter saying that I was late or that the online checked bounced - even though it couldnt have. Its just really confusing and since its so late Im not gonna call til tomorrow after work so Im all overwhelmed and upset when I should be calm before sleeping and it sucks.

Anyways, anyone ever have any kind of problem like this? What happened?

No, that's never happened to me. But then I always pay with a check. Sometimes I think paying online is just up to whenever the bank wants to do it. They could have credited it late. That wouldn't shock me.

MBNA raised my APR to a freakin 17% from 8%. I need to call them and get it lowered. My Capitol One card only has 4%.
