View Full Version : What was it exactly that entertained you the most when watching the Jeffersons? TVFactFan 09-29-2004, 07:16 PM The thing that entertained me the most was "George's Dancing". GARFIELDKOOL 09-30-2004, 10:53 AM George's dancing, his interaction with Florence and others he didn't like, and when he slammed the door in someone's face, especially when they were still talking. She was so funny when she was rude to Louise. My favorite line of all time is "I always say if you can't say something nice about someone don't say anything at all. That's why I seldom talk about Louise" I also loved the way she said "Oh". Like when she asked Louise if she was going to get dressed for her Birthday Party (knowing full well she was already dressed up) and Louise said "I am dressed" she let out this disgusted "Oooooooooohhhhhhhh" I just loved Mother Jefferson so much. jamesanthony 10-08-2004, 11:34 AM The George and Weezy relationship. They remind me of a lot or real life married couples that I know. Despite their differences, you know they weren't going to get a divorce. I also liked the first Lionel a great deal. Also the cast overall had very good chemistry from the very first episode and they clearly enjoyed their work and working together. It comes through onscreen. lil_weezy 01-20-2005, 08:09 PM listening to George Jefferson say some random things. Some Examples: George (talking to Weezy) : "Haiwaii isn't all that great. If it was, God wouldn't have separated it from the rest of the country" Flo: "My horoscope said that I will be involved in a runaway romance." George: "I can believe that because any guy you get with will run away." Mr. Bentley (singing): " I'm a little teapot, short and stout........" George (singing): "......Here is the door, now get the hell out" George (talking to Weezy): " I know you are upset because it is your birthday and you are getting older....but at least you aren't as old as you are going to be" ....those are just a few of the funny things he has said. And of course I love watching my girl, Weezy. She was awesome! TVFactFan 01-20-2005, 08:17 PM listening to George Jefferson say some random things.
