I think it's a continuation of the Sanford and Son reality instead since the same supporting characters were on the show-(Grady, Esther, and Bubba). And they were basically hanging around the same Sanford House without Fred and Lamont and the Sanford Arms was basicallya idea created on Sanford and Son in season 6. So i say it's defintely not a spinoff. Now the spinoff Grady was a spinoff because it was centered around only Grady and his family in Santa Monica, California.

I think I may agree withyou on this one, Solomon...it's kinda the same deal like "Mayberry RFD" is a contiuation of "The Andy Griffith Show", whereas "Gomer Pyle, USMC", like "Grady" is a true spinoff, as is....nah, I'd better not go there...;)

The show failed because it was like watching a 7th season of Season of Sanford and Son without Fred, Rollo, and Lamont-lol
i've never considered "the sanford arms" or "sanford" as a spinoff. they just changed the name to continue the continuity.

Exactly, "Grady" was the only real Sanford and Son Spinoff

No Sanford wasn't a spinoff it was just a 80's version of Sanford and Son.
