"On Our Own"

"On Our Own" starring Patricia Heaton and John Stamos as a couple who is looking forward to signing their divorce papers. John Stamos plays Bobby Harrison, a 41 year old marketing executive who loves his children with all his heart. Patricia Heaton plays Theresa Harrison, a 41 year old coffee shop owner who also loves her children dearly. Bobby and Theresa got married in June 1985. Bobby and Theresa have a total of three children: Ashley Harrison, 18 (Lisa Foiles), Lindsay Harrison, 17 (Hilary Duff), and Jordan Harrison, 15 (Griffin Frazen). Ashley, Lindsay, and Jordan don't want their parents divorced. Bobby lets Theresa keep the family home, as he moves into a condo. They both share custody of the kids. Ashley is a senior in high school-who is looking forward to going to college, but her hopes are shattered when her parents break into the kids' college funds to pay for the divorce. Ashley becomes angry with her parents instantly. Lindsay is a fun-loving junior in high school, who doesn't know what she wants out of life. Lindsay is very popular (Ashley is popular but just not as well-known like Lindsay is). Jordan is a freshman in high school, who is in awe of all the pretty girls in high school, and tends to put his studies off to hangout with friends. Theresa's neighbor and best friend, Rachel Woodson (Courtney Cox) is single and offers advice and support to Theresa. Bobby's brother, Charlie Harrison (Charlie Sheen) often drops by Bobby's new condo. To make matters worse, Bobby and Theresa aren't fond of Ashley's 20-year-old boyfriend, Chad (Billy Aaron Brown)-they think she is too old for her, and aren't fond of Lindsay's slutty and shallow best friend, Tawny (Brittany Snow).
