today my dad found out he has a 2 centimeter growth (with water) in his colon. Please pray for him, I lost my mother six months ago, I am not ready to be an orphan. The doctor said she thinks it isn't cancer, but I hope that whatever it is gets removed quickly and painlessly. I am not ready for my father to die also, it's been painful enough "getting over" my mom's death to get thrusted back into this so quickly afterwards.

I'm so sorry that your father is ill, and I'll pray that he recovers quickly. You've already been through so much this past year with your mother's passing, it's awful you're having to deal with your father being sick as well. As Janice said, we're all here for you. I hope things get better soon.
