Not because of protest or tired of the show, it is because of the DVD coming out. I feel it will make the DVD even sweeter. I will not be able to say, "I just saw this one." That Wednesday the 24th has been setup by my friends as Seinfeld day. We are going to spend Wednesday and Thanksgiving day watching the DVD and all the extras. :stooges:

I have not seen it much lately, mostly because they took of the 6:30 showing I would normally catch. The Seinfeld siesta you are planning sounds fun.

I catch an occasional episode here and there, but lately, I haven't tuned in.

It's like a contest to see who can go without watching Seinfeld the longest.

Are you master of your domain?

(Slams money down) I am out of the contest! No not really, but I do have trouble at 10:30pm not watching Seinfeld. I have to watch Lenno, which I have not done in years.

That's cool to take a break before you get the disks, make it fun.
I'll try to do that when I know I'm getting them... maybe Christmas.

Everyone will be early season experts at first.

I'm doing the same thing.

I've already watched every single "Seinfeld" episode at least ten times in my life, so it may already be too late for me, but I find that by cutting yourself off of episodes from a certain season when that season is coming out on DVD, it makes watching it a lot fresher.

I wish I could do the same..but I am not master of my domain. Seinfeld is the only sitcom I really watch, so I got nuthin' else to see!

I haven't watched a full episode since the finale in 1998. However, I do plan on buying the first three seasons on DVD. I'll get back into the show that way.

Yes Seinfeld season 1 -3 comes out Nov 23 but there is no word yet for season 4. They have stated they will put out new seasons every 6 to 8 months.

I put "Seinfeld" on mute last night. My brother keeps telling me that "Seinfeld" is a baaad show and I shouldn't waste my time, but....I'm drawn a bit.

He means, "it sucks."

The only episodes I've seen were "The Virgin" "The Clip Shows" and "The Finales" That's it. I'm such a newbie. I want to see "The Contest" before I decide whether or not I want to watch "Seinfeld" on a regular basis.

Don't listen to him. "Seinfeld" is the god of modern sitcoms.

"The Contest" is one of the best episodes ever. Watch it. Enjoy it. Get addicted to it. :p

Ohh, I'm a Jane Leeves fan and she's played Marla, so I'll probably get hooked! LOL

Whatever gets you into it, as long as you stick around.
