Does anyone know of any scenes they cut out now for syndication. Some that I know of are

--In Vegas Part 2 Becky and Roseanne talk on the phone longer, DJ going through girls room and finding Becky's pills, Wayne Newton scene is longer

--Crystal's parts are cut out on "Pied Piper of Lanford"(season 3) and "Aliens"(season 4), also in "Pied Piper" a scene of Becky and Darlene in the kitchen making popcorn

--In "Terms of Estrangment" Crystal is in it longer and she has more lines than just "Hey!".

--The one we all know in "Trick Or Treat" with Roseanne in the bathroom.

--Becky is cut out in "The Getaway Almost"

--Becky is cut out in the Halloween episode in season 5

--Crystal is in "Lies My Father Told Me" but is cut out and only appears in the 2nd part of the episode

Anyone else know anymore?

Unfortunately, I don't remember any deleted scenes, but they were interesting to read the ones you posted. You mean deleted from their ABC originals or from syndicated channels like TBS? Maybe someone else remembers?
