98 - Beaver and Andy
Andy is the man hired by the Cleavers to paint the trim of the house. However, Andy is an alcoholic and gets drunk on the job. When Ward and June return, Ward has to drive Andy home and explain to Beaver what exactly is wrong with Andy.

Wow for a show that was made in the 50's I never knew they would show a show that talks about someone who is a alcoholic.
Timeless TV.

Yes! This ep and "Box Office Attraction" are two rare examples of LITB "taking chances" and going into somewhat controversial areas.

Let's not forget about the episode with Beaver's friend Chopper who comes from divorced parents!

How about the episode where Wally dates a girl who has "Been Around" At least that is how she comes across! She shocks Wally when she orders a beer! I was shocked the first time I saw this show.

I really enjoyed "Beaver and Andy!" I thought it was pretty sad, but at least Andy came back and was hopefully able to finish the job!

"Beaver and Andy" was one of the eps they showed a clip from in the final episode "Family Scrapbook." It raises the age-old question again of how did somebody happen to take a picture of that!
