"Cheers" I grew up on that show and still enjoy watching it on TV Land and in syndication. I never really watched Wings, I don't think I ever seen a full episode of Wings.

Wings first but Cheers would be a close second

I love both shows, but I like Wings a little better than I like Cheers.

Cheers is an OK show, but I love Wings! Joe and Helen rock :)

Wings. Cheers could be funny...but I hate Kirstie Alley. And I just think Wings is funnier.

Cheers Onne of the best sitcoms of the 1980s; and also one of the best written shows of all time..

When I told my sister about this thread she told me that "Cheers" was the better show. However, she likes to watch "Wings" more.

I never really compared these show together until I read in my TV book and it compared the two shows. I watched "Wings" long before "Cheers". In fact, I didn't start watching "Cheers" until it came to N@N. It's a good show, but "Wings" is just more my type of show.

Cheers is a favorite, I have alot of episodes on tape of it.

For some of us Happy Days fans, I've got to go with Wings. Soon, I'll start a thread for TV cousins, namely Crystal Bernard and Erin Moran from Happy Days or Tom Wopat and John Schneider of The Dukes of Hazzard.

I prefer Cheers; Wings started when Cheers was at the end of its 8th Season & Once Wings wrap up its 4th season on NBC, Cheers went off the air.

Cheers, because the Sam and Diane years are exceptional.

The last six years of Cheers (154 episodes) against eight years of Wings (172 episodes) would be an interesting comparison.

Cheers. Wings was a funny show, but Cheers had already taken the comedy to another level.

I liked both shows but I give Wings the edge. I had a crush on Crystal Bernard growing up.

Originally I voted for Cheers. But this was before I had ever seen Wings, if I could would change my vote to Wings now.
