Ok, I have a somewhat silly question about the vacuum in this ep. But since this is a MF board where anything MF goes, I'm going to ask anyway...:)

Ok, after Mama's vacuum dies, Vint brings her Naomi's brand new one. If you notice the brand name on the vacuum, from what I could see I believe it says "Konmono" or something like this. What I'm wondering is, was that an actual brand or did they just alter the "Kenmore" brand name to look like something else? Anyone else ponder this?

I really don't know the answer but I am surprised that it wasn't a "Satubishi " like everything else!

Anyone have any other thoughts on this? I know it's kinda silly, but I'm wondering what other people think...?

LOL! Yeah, that name is funny when you think about it enough...I mean, it's obviously a combination of Saturn and Mitsubishi, both cars, so it's odd they'd use that name for electronic stuff.

I wonder if they drove Nissondas or Mercuntiacs...

I always thought it was funny that they named almost EVERYTHING after their town: K-RAY TV, Ray-Mart, Raymada Inn, Lake Rayawatchee, Ray Point, McRay's, Saint Ray's Hospital, and I'm sure there are more that aren't coming to mind right now..........:D

I'm ashamed to admit it, but I haven't watched MF in a really long time. I believe it was the name of a dish at the chinese restaurant in Raytown.

No, I won't be there. Sorry :(

Naomi and her insurance agent were having lunch together in a Chinese rstaurant(Sorry can't remember the name) This was the episode in which Vint had bought an insurance policy and Mama and Iola suspected Naomi of trying to kill him for the insurance money. Bubba spotted Naomi and the insurance guy in the restaurant. One of them was eating Ray King Duck and the other was eating 1000 year old hushpuppies!
