For some reason, I never liked the sang version of the theme. Does anyone else agree?

I didn't either,I only like to hear w.g. snuffy's music and Roseanne's laugh.

I didn't care for that version of the song either.

i didnt like it at all it makes my ears hurt every time i hear it.

I didn't think it was so bad.

The Season 9 theme song is by Blues Traveler. The lead singer guest starred on "Roseanne" in one of the later eps. :wave:

My complaint about the final season's theme is that the theme was not designed for lyrics, and you could tell that the lyrics didn't quite "work".

I love the season 9 theme. I think its pretty catchy, and the lyrics fit the show quite nicely, IMO. I sometimes get goosebumps listening to that theme while seeing those morphing photographs of the cast...it was very well done, I think.

When I thought about the lyrics, they're basically a nice way of saying, "Ha, ha, we haven't gotten cancelled yet!"

The theme song tells the story of the show very well and can describes there lives and everybodies in general. "in each life some rain falls, but you also get some sun"

I also want to say the version by Phoebe Snow (i think thats who sang it) in the finale episode was so pretty to listen to and made me actually cry when the song came on. I love the last episode of Roseanne. The whole 15 minute monologue at the end was very moving, but once that version of the theme song played at the end, the water works poored, lol.

I think that song went very well with that last season. They were both awful :lol:
