I'm looking for updates about a case, but I don't recall the names. The case ran like a young man got in trouble with somebody and those people came to his family home. The boy's sister was shot and stumbled out of the house to die and his other sister died in a fire, but the parents got out alive. The dad said he tripped over a suspicious gas can as he tried to fight the blaze. Investigations showed the fire had been started on purpose eith accellerant. Before the one sister died, she claimed she saw her brother's face in the light of a rifle shot behind the person who shot her. The young man sneaked into the crime scene claiming he was back to feed the dogs (which were actually elsewhere) but he was really returning to take and hide the rifle which had killed his sister.
Does anyone know the names of the French fliers whose plane crashed in Maine before Lindbergh's flight?

Try looking under Jill and Julie Hansen case
It is the Jill and Julie Hansen case. Their stepbrother, Donny Hansen, acted very suspiciously after the fire. At one point during the house fire, he was seen hiding a shotgun before it came to light that a crime had been committed. A lot of things about Donny's actions and behavior didn't make any sense.
Donny went on trial for the crime, but was acquitted. His folks were admittedly happy at first when the jury acquitted him. But as time wore on, they became increasingly convinced that he was involved in the murders.
When I first saw that UM segment in 1993, I wanted to believe that he was innocent. But as the episode was rerun on Lifetime, I began to have some doubts. My general belief is that he was either involved in the crime, or knows who was. Either way, he knows something about it.

Your talking about nungeser and coley, capt, nungeser was a WW1 flying ace, and coley was his navigator, its been said that they made the transatalntic crossing before charles lindburgh, and i think they did but if it was admited they would have to rewrite history, A movie was made on cable for showtime, called restless spririts it was about a young girl visiting her grandmother whos dad was a pilot and died in a crash and she dicovered the ghosts of nungeser and coley i have it on video but showtime shows the movie once in a while.
