View Full Version : First Crush
Nighthawk76 09-18-2004, 02:12 AM The first girl I ever had a crush on was named named Debbie. She sat next to me during second grade which was the 1983-1984 school year. I was really shy, and so was she so we hit it off really well. We ate lunch together and partnered up during group projects. Then mid way through the year she moved. :( That was nearly 21 years ago, and sometimes I wonder what ever became of her.
dandelion wine 09-18-2004, 02:39 AM His name was Omar and I thought he was the cutest boy I'd ever laid eyes on. I can still remember what he looked like with his dark brown eyes and shaggy brown hair. He was a little taller than the other kids in class, so he caught my eye right away. Very sweet, very quiet. Every now and then I'd catch him looking at me. We never talked, save for the occasional moments. That was in 1980 and I haven't seen him since he moved away.
Hollow 09-18-2004, 02:43 AM www.classmates.com yo.
Lady T 09-18-2004, 02:46 AM His name was Travis, and he was so smooth and popular, with curly brown hair and eyes..I thought he was so sophiscated...
dawsongirl 09-19-2004, 01:21 AM A boy named Brad in 1st grade. Then he grew up to be the ugliest thing I've ever seen!
First serious crush was Brian in 7th. I just found out he still lives in town. He's probably still a huge *******.
MandieR1980 09-19-2004, 04:06 PM It was 7th grade and this boy named Danny. My best friend talked me into writing a letter so I did and put it through one of the slots in his locker and after he read it he showed it to EVERYONE he knew. I still had people in high school asking if I still liked him. I am sooooo over that
-*Forever*- 09-19-2004, 06:55 PM Greg. My (sometimes) best friend. End of story. *is embarassed*
TheGreatPretender 09-19-2004, 07:35 PM His name was Matt and we were in the play The Outsiders together. He was Ponyboy and I was Cherry. I really got to know him well. I thought he was so sweet and sensitive and not many guys were like that in my school. I enjoyed working with him and I thought about him every night. I ended up telling my friend Kelly about this crush and she went crazy. She wanted to hook us up really badly, but I had made it clear that no one should know. Then the night of the 8th grade dance Kelly wanted to ask Matt to dance for me. I thought why not. Then at the exact moment Kelly was about to ask him to dance with me we saw him slow dancing to an Usher song with this other pretty and really popular girl. And they were holding eachother so tight I thought she was gonna cut off his blood circulation. Kelly backed off without asking him and I was really glad she did. I felt pretty crappy for the rest of the night. Matt and I ended up going to different high schools and I haven't saw him since 8th grade graduation. The end.
EmoJoe 09-19-2004, 07:39 PM Some girl in Kindergarten, her name was Anna.
folfreak25 09-19-2004, 10:19 PM My sisters bestfriends brother, his name was Eric or something. He was my first crush and the first guy I ever saw naked. Of course we were in 2nd grade, but still...
*MIBabe03* 09-19-2004, 10:48 PM The first guy I ever had a crush on was named David and that was when we were in the second grade together. He moved in the third grade.

When I was working at Target during my freshman year of college I developed a huge crush on this girl named Jenny that worked at the jewelry counter. She was the most beautiful girl that I had ever seen in my life. Being shy it took me like a month to walk up to her and introduce myself. Finally I decided I was going to do it because my feelings fer her were simply driving me crazy. When I walked up to the jewelry counter to say "Hi" she was kissing some guy who worked in sporting goods-her boyfriend. I was heartbroken for a month.
*Pleasant Tomorrow* 09-20-2004, 03:07 PM Some stupid kid named Kyle in like...1st or 2nd grade I think.
Janet McFarland 09-20-2004, 03:29 PM A kid in kindergarten named Nick.. but he moved somewhere :(

Penny Lane 09-20-2004, 08:02 PM Oh, I was deeply in love with Timmy from 2nd through 6th grade. It was true love but alas, we grew apart:( He is a rich real estate developer today!)

Theda Bara 07-25-2021, 03:31 AM My first crush wasn't till I was in middle school (8th grade, I believe); some dorky guy named Travis but at the time I thought he was soooooo cool and cute. I looked him up (online) not too long ago and he still looked the same.
ThisLittlePiggy 07-25-2021, 09:32 AM It was a bad boy named Lane who sat in front of me in 4th grade. He put a dead mouse in the teacher's desk. I thought he was so cool. (I would not like anybody who did that now!)
Torgo 07-25-2021, 12:27 PM First crush was in middle school, a girl named Amanda. She sometimes dressed like Madonna (Material Girl era), we had classes together, but were in different circles. During the 7th grade she went to the hospital for several days, our class signed a get well card for her, I found out she liked rabbits so I drew a rabbit on the card.
Fast forward to the 9th grade, final week of school, everyone was passing around their yearbooks for signatures. On mine she signed on the cover, drew googly eyes on the mascot, and wrote 'thank you for the bunny'. Then after school was out, she was gone as her family moved out of town. Come to find out from friends of friends of hers that except for her friends, mine was the only one she personalized.
Fast forward again, a few years ago she got in contact with me on Facebook, she said that she liked me back then, but never said anything because she knew her family would eventually be moving as it was the nature of her dad's job.
But it's cool we've been able to be back in touch. and catch up with each other. I have joked with her and my wife that I went from a crush with a girl that dressed like Madonna to marrying one that dressed like Ciyndi Lauper.
Caroline13 07-25-2021, 02:12 PM I was 13 I believe and he was "Bucky" and first boy to go to the movies with and hold hands...ahhhhh
And cost of going to movies was 26cemts as I recollect and sometimes a double feature.....whata life.
Torgo 07-26-2021, 11:45 AM Another crush I had was a high school cheerleader, senior year of high school, she at next to me in Social Studies. She was really nice, she was always getting horror movie recommendations from me to watch with her friends, yep she was using me for my horror movie skillz;) She had a boyfriend, but I couldn't hate him because he was as nice as she was. Her dad was my science teacher in middle school (he always reminded me of Larry Wilcox.)
I ran into her several years after high school. She was working at Suncoast Video at the mall. I asked her how her dad was, she said he had quit teaching to search for Bigfoot full time. She even gave me his business card, sadly don't have it anymore.

This time capsule ****'s kind of getting ridiculous.
