I know it's been awhile (um, a few months) since I told you guys this, but when I was in London I got to meet the one and only Molly Ringwald! I know I'm silly about it, but she's just the idol of my generation. I had a roommate that was named after her. Anyways, for any of you that wanted to see them (or maybe know what I look like) I finally got the pics back - which you can see by scrolling down this page some ;)

I had a better pic with me and Molly but it didn't come out (grr). Well, thanks for humoring me, I just wanted to share :)

thats great ive liked molly sence her fol days its good to know she nice to her fans because ive heard that when she was younger she didnt treat fans too well by the way my mother likes molly too.

She was very sweet. Especially considering the fact that she'd just finished a two hour play, was carrying her coffee in one hand and her baby in the other.

Apparently she is a very shy person, but her assistant went back and told her that there were only four of us so she came out and signed autographs (handing her baby to her boyfriend and her coffee to me) :) Very kind but also very quiet.

That is awesome. Glad you got to meet her:) I heard she really hit it big on Broadway.

I don't know if she's done Broadway. But she seems to be very happy in the West End. Her assistant told us that there's talk of the play moving to New York, which would be fantastic.

Du bist sehr schön! (I've only been taking Deutsch for a few weeks, so I hope that makes sense) but different than what I pictured. heh, no one ever looks like what I picture them as.

I almost met Molly back in the mid-'80s. I was browsing at a used-book store and heard a few people talking at the cashier's desk. I didn't look up to see who was there. A little while later, when I was ready to pay for the books I selected, the cashier told me that it was Molly Ringwald in the store.

I think she was still wearing some maternity clothes - she's not fat at all, but she did just have a baby.

I'm 22 :)

I'm glad to see that Molly grew her hair back. For a while she had it ultra short and I didn't think that it looked so good.
