When it comes to romancing, J.J. was always exagerrating about the girls he was going with (and 1/3 of them didn;t really look that good when they were shown after being mentioned numerous amount of times). And the girls that did look good, they didn't last long (the rich girl, the teacher, Debbie Allen, Debbi Morgan, the first T.C. (Bever-Leigh Bansfield) etc.)

J.J. always saw himself as a PLAYA with the ladies. But he was more like a SCRUB to me. I would have to take Thelma's side and say "What do these girls see in him?"
Most of these girls just used him to get what they want. J.J. was just too blind to see that.

I have always wondered who these women were: Myrna the Burner, Delightful Delilah, Passionate Paula, etc, etc. I think J.J. made all of them up just to maintain an image.

i think the girls were busted.
thelma even said that one of his chicks looked like a "Supa Tanka" when she finally did get to see them. Diane was alright looking, though a crackhead. The rich chick was good looking and even the pregnant chick was alright.

I think the girls with the monikers were his project chicks. Good enough to hang out with in the projects but not good enough to take home.
