Has anyone here ever won tickets to a concert by calling a radio station give away???? I can never seem to win tickets, every time I try the line is always busy, and then while I'm still calling they have a winner!:mad: :mad:

Does anyone know any tricks on how to get through???? Would love to win tickets at least once. :confused: :wave: :D

I once won Jo Dee Messina tickets, but the concert got canceled.

tons of times. its all about luck, basically.

I keep trying to win Usher tickets and I keep losing :(

Nope, never won tickets from a radio station. One time I got a call from the Wolf 104.9 station. This was back in the '90s. It was this thing where you had to howl like a wolf and you could win free CDs. Well, I have never liked the selection of music they played on the Wolf, so I didn't even howl.
I bet that was the first time they had ever called anyone up that wasn't a listener of the Wolf. When it first happened, it was kind of embarassing :o and I hoped no-one I knew was listening because I thought I had made a fool of myself, so I never mentioned it to anyone for years. I mentioned it to my dad earlier this year and he couldn't believe I had turned down the chance to win free CDs.

The station Z99 is a good station for music. Sometimes they call people up and they have to say "Z99 plays today's best music, now show me my money".
And, I think people can win some amount of cash. But, I have never gotten a call from that station. The only station that's ever called me is the one station that I couldn't care less about.
