Anyone remember the cartoon series Linus the Lionhearted? The show ran on CBS from 1964 to 1966 before switching to ABC for another three years.
The show, which was based on characters from the line of Post Cereals, was best known for its outstanding voice cast. Sheldon Leonard, Carl Reiner, Jonathan Winters, Ruth Buzzi and Ed Graham (who produced the show). Unfortunately, the FCC considered Linus the Lionhearted a program-length commercial, so ABC cancelled the show in 1969.
