His grandmother, Mrs. Nuesbaum. She's supposed to be from Italy? Mother's side or father's side? Where is she later in the other eps as she moved right into fonz's old aparrtment in Milwaukee? Is she related to Spike and/or Chachi also? Really figures in poorly into the Fonz's life like I said.

I think she was Chachi & Spike's grandmother b/c Chachi referred to her an "Grandma" in some eps of HD. (not sure which eps they were that he refers her as Grandma, but it's in the later eps-such as the one where they visit her & Mr.s N. calls Fonz "Skippy"-lol!)
