OK I love this show, it is the best and it is my favorite!! But there is just one thing that bugs me about it. I hate it that whenever Jack comes into the girls' room without knocking, the girls make a big deal out of it and immediately cover themsevles with their blankets. I mean, just because they're all in the same bedroom in the middle of the night wearing their pajamas doesn't mean theyre gonna do anything. I just think that they make too big of a deal out of it. that's just my opinion.

What bugs me about it is that Janet and Jack were always being mean and making fun of Chrissy.

You guys are soo right! Both of those things drive me crazy sometimes! I dont think if I were Janet or Chrissy or Terri or Cindy..whatever..I wouldnt get all mad really if he came in my room..they should know he wouldnt try anything anyway..and i always felt sorry for Chrissy on that other subject..i was just thinking about that recently, especially in the 4th season and what she had in the 5th..they really were sort of mean sometimes and controlling. Ok, not mean, but easily agitated or annoyed by her. I really loved the whole mother father thing they had going when it was with Chrissy..but sometimes they rolled their eyes at her and all that which sort of bothered me. If I knew my two best friends did that to me I dont know what to think besides the fact that maybe they arent really true friends. But when you think about it, it made sense sometimes when they did that, but it was sorta rude. -leslie

Well I think it was mostly Janet and Chrissy who were like that, Janet especially.

Anyway I agree, it is very stupid how the girls (especialy Janet) would flip their lids over the barge in thing. And I certainly didn't think it was necesary for Janet to explode and throw Jack through the bathroom door when he told her he thought the 2 had sex! I'll bet Furley got bent out of shape when he discovered that bathroom door with a huge hole in it!!
About the Chrissy thing, I always thought some of the funniest moments where when Jack was going to strangle Chrissy and when Janet would get all flustered and frusterated at her! Chrissy and Edith Bunker always have a strange way of saying things in a kind of "complicated" way. Archie and Jack and Janet will always say "HUH?!" or "WHAT!!" I don't really see how people could not understand them when they do that. I always do. You just gotta really listen to people like that, I know someone who kinda puts things the way Edith and Chrissy do.

I believe you totally! I think Chrissy made sense, even more sense than anyone else sometimes. Its like they said "chrissy did the math without a lot of algebra" she always sounded complicated or confusing but she was always right in the end! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif -leslie
