View Full Version : Bad Cooks
Chambers 09-15-2004, 09:36 PM Which characters were actually good cooks?
Diane kinda sucked, Lilith REALLY sucked...who else?
And we can't forget about that Thanksgiving dinner...
Brian Damage 09-15-2004, 10:15 PM Frasier was a great cook. I would say Sammy.
Pirate Jenny 09-15-2004, 11:21 PM Carla's Italian, doesn't that automatically make her a good cook?

But Carla doesn't have time nor the right mentality to be a good cook. She feeds her babies raw meat, remember?

Hey, raw meat happens to be very "in" in some circles! It's all perspective, really.

True...but I doubt Carla was feeding her kids carpaccio. That stuff's so good. Oh damn, now I'm hungry.

Carla doesn't seem like the kind of person who would be concerned with making nice meals for her family, or anybody. Anyways I still remember this line:
Carla- Well I haveta get home... I've got a spam cassarole lurking in the oven.
I wouldn't consider a spam cassarole fine cooking, unless she was joking about it. I dont remember what situation that line was used in. I just remember the line.
tiff7 09-16-2004, 12:56 PM Now i'm hungry too! Thanx a lot Chambers!
Tiff7
Brian Damage 09-17-2004, 11:07 AM Carla I'm sure if she had the time and the money would be an excellent cook.
barwars 09-17-2004, 06:33 PM Wasn't Frasier a good cook??

Yes.
Janice 09-18-2004, 02:03 PM I think Diane was a lousy cook. When she joined the Convent, one of the nuns made a remark or something about it. I don't recall exactly, but the implication was clear.
Norm enjoyed fine dining at the Hungry Heffer while Mama's boy Clavin ate at home.
Moondance 09-18-2004, 04:22 PM You know, if I had to choose one of the CHEERS barflies to cook a meal for me, it would be FRASIER! I'm curious about his signature sauce;)
Lilith - Good Lord - Anyone who can make Lasagna look like something entirely different - true talent....Lilith's meal was eatable though...
Diane Chambers is the worst cook:lol:

Haha you're right. I forgot about that scene. And then there was that episode where she made Sam dinner and he had refer to it as "green stuff" and "brown stuff." She and Lilith both really sucked.
