I just realized that the numbers that are listed next to the episodes on Jacks Bistro.com are different from the ones in the "Come and Knock on our Door" book episode guide. I have been taping the wrong eps because I was just going by the numbers. Why are the numbers different in these two sources.

No my episode guide has the same numbers as Chris Mann's book. Check yourself.
But if you were going by my TC on N@N Section that is the N@N episode numbering, they count the 2 "Ropers" epispdes as TC episodes, so after that those 2 episodes the episodes are 2 numbers ahead such as: Chris Mann Book Episode 125 "Up in the Air", Nick at Nite Episode 127 "Up in the Air"
