I know this has been asked but will September bring an order back to 3's company. Also, will it air every night again? Will it start from the beginning?

The order will be brought back for sure. But of course "Paradise Lost" and "Going to Pot" won't air, and maybe "Charming Stranger."
The September schedule could be determined as early as today, as soon as I know it'll be posted here and the episode descriptions etc will be on my site.
