:eek: I know she shouldn't have been driving after she's been drinking and I don't approve of it at all...but I feel bad for her. She obviously feels bad about the whole situation. I hope her son is doing better. :(

I want to know why her husband let her drive drink to begin with? Maybe he was drunk too. He's as much to blame as she is :mad:

I don't want to judge her- we don't know the entire story. But anyone who would put thier kids at risk that way- even her 4 mth old baby obviously has serious problems to deal with. She should be crying,she could have not only killed all of her family, but other innocent families out on the highway as well. Shame on her, it's not like she has had a hard life- yes she was sick- but she has a family and a new baby and money- what would make someone with all that screw up this way. Shame on her.

I hope Sage is ok and I hope that she learns from this mistake and nothing like this ever happens again!

wow i lost respect for my tracey gold. i loved the girl from like when i was little till 8th grade. It mentions that Sage was the only one with serious injuries, it doesn't say they don't have any injuries. You can see Tracey has scrapes on her left shoulder in the mug shot.

Is also well known for her succesful battle against anorexia.Her husband Roby lost his monther as a teenager and soon his father too. In 1984 Marshall father hired a hit man who killed his monther and he's now waiting execution in New Jersey.Tracy was booked at Ventural jail she was relased after posting $50.000.She has a court date on Oct 19th.The cops arrested Tracy on suspicion of DUI,but she has'nt been fromally charged. They are waiting for the results of the blood tests and the case has been sent back to revestigated.

As for pornography--she appeared in one 'R' rated movie. I believe she was trying to pay the rent rather than "feed her habit". She was working in a dry cleaner shop and being paid 6 dollars an hour.

Also, I wouldn't call a charge for forging a prescription, to sticking up a video store with a goofy disguise and a fake gun, "running the gamut".

One of the articles I saw said that she paid $50,000 for bail and is free until her court date on Oct 19 -- so no she isn't in jail.

What I want to know is whether or not she is able to legally drive between her arrest date and her court date. As much as I like Tracey (and still do) I hope she's been restricted from driving at least until this is settled -- and maybe permanently afterwards depending on what happened exactly. Drunk drivers just put too many other people at risk to mess around with being easy on first offenders.
